Marcin Kleinowski

Marcin Kleinowski, PhD – Congress secretary
Lecturer at the Nicolaus Copernicus University.
He was awarded a Ph.D. for his thesis "Determinants of the Power of States in the Council of the European Union and the European Council".
In 2012 he was laureate of the Prof. Czesław Mojsiewicz prize for the best doctoral thesis organised by the Board of the Polish Political Science Society.
His main research interests are focused on the process of European integration with particular emphasis on decision-making in the European Union.
